Ensure we point at the last known good - and working - x230 BIOS update. The BIOS 2.76 FL2 file appears to have no EC firmware embedded inside it, so it is not possible to base the install off that version

Removing the Lenovo README that talks about how to add a boot-time
picture during the BIOS flashing process. The EC patching script does
not include the steps required for that.
